Found this fantastic concept by Etienne Savoie for a new personal piece. My goal was to try out new techniques and focus on the final polished presentation. As always I learned a lot and will apply that to my next piece!

My workflow was quite different for this piece as I kind of dived into the creation process. I started by focusing on the Substance materials and built the geo off of them for the main pieces of the house. After that I sculpted individual assets in Zbrush, took them through Substance Painter, and made a few master materials in Unreal. Then using tutorials I created the grass, trees, and other shaders.
